The design by Torti Gallas Urban pays homage to historic Washington, capturing the timeless charm of century-old developments.
Located between the mixed-use corridor and transition zone of friendship heights, the proposed building would top out at 65 feet tall. This falls between the allowable max heights of both zones; 75 ft and 50 ft respectively.
