Fairfax Office to be Demolished for Urban Townhouse Neighborhood

Declining office occupancy is the driving force behind a rezoning application which proposes 3201 Jermantown Road be replaced by an urban residential neighborhood. 

The suburban-style office building is the second office to residential project proposed by Network Realty Partners in the past 90 days.
